CP OF THE NORTH COUNTRY/RESIDENTIAL & FAMILY SERVICES POSITIONS
Direct Support Professional - Residential Services
Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Direct Support Professional positions now available in our Residential Program. Duties include providing habilitation services to people residing in our IRA's and within the community. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends. A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. New York State Driver's License for at least two years with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for business use required. Must be able to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting.
Direct Support Professionals - Habilitation Services
We are looking for self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professionals to work full-time in our Habilitation Services Program providing assistance & training in social, educational, vocational & recreational activities to individuals with developmental disabilities within the community. Bring your experience to us, or let us pay you to train on the job. Good communication (verbal & written) & people skills are a must, as well as good organizational skills. Travel is required & applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings & weekends. Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED, Valid NYS Driver's License with at least two years driving experience, and successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
Assistant Director Residential Services
Our team is seeking candidates for an Assistant Director of Residential Services to assist in managing the daily operations of the Residential Services Department. This position will be responsible for supervising managerial staff, assisting managers in monitoring staff performance and training, conducting monthly meetings, participating in the on-call schedule, and ensuring quality assurance and compliance of regulatory requirements of each program are met.
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field, one year experience in the MR/DD field and two years supervisory experience. QIDP status is preferred.
Registered Nurse-Residential Programs
We are seeking qualified candidates for a full time Registered Nurse in the Residential Program. This program provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties include staff supervision, scheduling, coordinating medical needs of program participants, and acting as a liaison/advocate within the medical community. Requirements: Current NYS RN Certification with one year experience in the DD field; supervisory experience; personal vehicle for business use and a valid NY State driver's license
