CP OF THE NORTH COUNTRY/RESIDENTIAL & FAMILY SERVICES POSITIONS
Direct Support Professional - Residential Services
Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Direct Support Professional positions now available in our Residential Program. Duties include providing habilitation services to people residing in our IRA's and within the community. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends. A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. New York State Driver's License for at least two years with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for business use required. Must be able to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting.
Direct Support Professionals - Habilitation Services
We are looking for self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professionals to work full-time in our Habilitation Services Program providing assistance & training in social, educational, vocational & recreational activities to individuals with developmental disabilities within the community. Bring your experience to us, or let us pay you to train on the job. Good communication (verbal & written) & people skills are a must, as well as good organizational skills. Travel is required & applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings & weekends. Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED, Valid NYS Driver's License with at least two years driving experience, and successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
Medicaid Service Coordinator
Our team seeks personable candidates with strong organization skills to provide Case Management assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Skills needed include the ability to communicate efficiently via computer and telephone, as well as making visits in person with the families you are helping. Position requires: Bachelor's Degree in a health or human service field with one year of paid experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities as well as computer skills and a valid NYS Driver's License. Experience can be waived for those possessing a Master's Degree.
